ALL MEDAL COMPETITORS must complete and return an entry application postmarked
no later than Saturday, TBA for the 2011 Games (except golfers). Deadline for all golf entry applications is TBA for the 2011 Games..

participate in any ribbon events.
ALL RIBBON COMPETITORS:
There will be on-site registration, although early registration is preferred.
